What Would YOU Like To See On The Corner?

We talk a lot about the kind of businesses we would love to see downtown, but the reality is a lot more complicated than waving a magic wand and *poof* a delightful local coffeeshop opens.

Aligning the property owner, real estate broker, potential tenants, and approval processes is a delicate dance to begin with, and that’s before even addressing the challenges of the building, parking, code requirements, etc etc etc.

BUT if Citizens express what they want to see here, maybe that information can help inform the Broker and the Property Owner? Maybe it helps encourage an Operator to take a leap of faith and make a big investment, knowing that their potential customers are out there?
